Your Pack Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking and drop-off with or without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

As of this moment, we only ship to all verifiable addresses within the United States including Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

Sales Tax: Customers located in New York will pay 8.875% tax.

In the event that a product appears to be out of stock after you have placed an order, we will promptly notify you via email or a phone call or both ways.

As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information provided by you during the ordering process is accurate and up-to-date. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of products resulting from inaccurate delivery information.
